Charles Quince joins Rock County Jumpstart as education and training director

Rock County Jumpstart announced in a Facebook post Wednesday that it had hired Charles Quince as the new Education and Training Director. Quince will design, lead, and manage projects related to Rock County Jumpstart’s training and professional development programming, according to the announcement. He will begin his new job on June 5.

For six years, Charles was an Adjunct Instructor at Concordia University and for two years, he’s been employed as a full-time instructor at Blackhawk Technical College. Prior to his time at Concordia University, he was employed by Sears Holding Corporation. Charles has also served as a Rock County Jumpstart contractor, teaching marketing classes for Jumpstart members and providing one-on-one coaching.

Charles has a Masters degree in Corporate and Public Communications and an additional Masters degree in Business Administration. He received both degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Rock County Jumpstart is a nonprofit organization that supports businesses owned by people of color.
