Wisconsin Policy Forum names Elizabeth Cizinsky director of business & community operations

Elizabeth Cizinsky will become the Wisconsin Policy Forum’s new Director of Business and Community Operations on January 2, the organization announced in a press release Wednesday.

Cizinsky was most recently Director of Programs & Impact of the Greater Milwaukee Committee’s Scale Up Milwaukee program. A metro Milwaukee native and graduate of Marquette University, Elizabeth serves as a board member of Fund Milwaukee, an active member of TEMPO’s Emerging Women Leaders, and a leadership team member for Project REACh.

Forum President Rob Henken said in a statement that this new position has been designed to enhance the Forum’s relationship-building with civic, business, and fellow nonprofit organizations in Milwaukee and statewide, and also will play a key role in setting and implementing the Forum’s strategic direction.

“We are thrilled to bring in someone with Elizabeth’s managerial and strategic background to join our team,” Henken said in a statement. “She will be key to our efforts to sustain and expand the Forum’s critical role in providing objective analysis of pressing public policy issues and her talents will help ensure that Wisconsin residents can continue to reap the benefits of housing one of the country’s premier nonpartisan policy think tanks.”
